Often new leaders, especially in Tech, are thrown into new roles without training or guidance. They are promoted because they deserve recognition as great technologists, but that doesn’t mean they have developed the necessary proficiencies to manage others effectively.

 

This 10-month customizable training series offers employees an opportunity to learn management and leadership skills at a reasonable pace in a cohort format. Content is delivered according to Adult Learning Theory in multiple formats to accommodate varying learning styles. The focus and order of content is decided in partnership with senior leadership.
