The Enneagram
Participants complete the Integrative Enneagram in advance. The workshop begins with a facilitated debrief — surfacing each person's motivations, patterns, and blind spots, and mapping how the team's types interact.
LEGO® Serious Play®
The second half of the workshop uses LEGO® Serious Play® to bring the Enneagram insights to life. Participants build, share, and reflect — making visible what conversation alone rarely surfaces.
What Participants Take Away
A shared language for how the team is wired. A built artifact representing each person's leadership identity. And a concrete foundation for how the team wants to work together going forward.
Format & Logistics
Available as a half-day or full-day workshop for groups of 6 to 20 people. Janice handles all facilitation and materials. Pre-work (Enneagram assessments) is completed by participants in advance. Virtual and in-person options available.
